Day 1: Hanoi - Arrival

Meal provided: No meal

Welcome to Vietnam.

Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, obtain your visa and clear Immigration and Customs.

After collecting your baggage, exit the airport to meet outside our driver. He/she will be holding a signboard with your names on it. (only driver, no guide)

Day 2: Hanoi city tour (B)

Meal provided: Breakfast

Start a new day by visiting Ho Chi Minh Complex, an important place of pilgrimage. A traffic-free area of botanical gardens, monuments, memorials and pagodas, it’s usually crowded with groups of all ages, from all over the nation, who has come to pay their respects. Within the complex you can visit Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (Outside visiting as it’s closed for annual maintenance), Ba Dinh Square, the Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh’s Stilt House, Ho Chi Minh Museum

Closed by, the famous One Pillar Pagoda which is built of wood on a single stone pillar 1.25 m in diameter. It is designed to resemble a lotus blossom, which is a Buddhist symbol of purity, since a lotus blossoms in a muddy pond.

After that, continue to visit the Temple of Literature (Vietnamese name is Quoc Tu Giam) – The Vietnam’s first University, which was built in 1070 in honor of Confucius, his followers and Chu Van An, a moral figure in Vietnamese education.

Have lunch at a local restaurant (on your own account)

In the afternoon, you are transferred to visit Vietnam Museum of Ethnology. Almost no foreign tourists to Hanoi refuse to visit the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, where they can look into a vivid picture of the miniaturized Vietnamese ethnic community’s life. Take a cyclo in Hanoi Old Quarter – 36 streets and guilds to discover the ancient feature of Hanoi and daily life. Stop to visit Ngoc Son Temple which is located at the northern end of Sword Lake (aka Hoan Kiem Lake). From the shore, walking on the Welcoming Morning Sunlight Bridge leads to the island.

Day 3: Hanoi - Ninh Binh - Hanoi (B)

Travel to Ninh Binh province. On arrival, visit Hoa Lu temple– The ancient capital of Vietnam in the 10th and 11th centuries. Enjoying the 11th & 17th-century architecture style, old sculpture – carving on wood & stone depicting the daily lives, dreams and wishes for peace, good life, etc.

From Hoa Lu Temple, start your fun bicycle ride to Tam Coc. You cycle on paved roads, through rice fields and local agricultural villages. Most of the bicycle ride is on a peaceful inter-communal route where the traffic is not too busy. Then, enjoy hours of excursion by small boat along the Ngo Dong River, beginning at the village of Van Lam and proceeding through a scenic landscape dominated by rice fields and karst towers. The route includes floating through Tam Coc – the three natural grottos (Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba), the largest of which is 125m long with its ceiling about 2m high above the water. The boats are typically rowed by one or two local women who also sell embroidered goods.

Day 4: Hanoi - Halong day cruise (B/L)

Meal provided: Breakfast, Lunch

08h15-08h30: Picking up from hotel in Old Quarter or Hanoi Opera House depart for Tuan Chau harbor by  modernist  highway in Vietnam, stop over for a rest on the way

11h30-12h00: Arriving Tuan Chau Harbor, welcome onboard and safety briefing
Boat cruising passages in uninhabited islets and outcrops have been given imaginative names by the locals, due to their perceived shapes, including Cock Fighting and Thumb, while enjoying Vietnamese mouth-watering lunches on boat.

13h30: Arriving Hang Luon area  where you can go kayaking or bamboo boat to explore the bay by your own paddle

14h00: Visit Sung Sot (Surprising) Cave – one of the biggest, most beautiful grottoes in Halong Bay and a highlight on most Halong Bay itineraries.

15h00: Keep moving to Titop Island, it’s time for you to relax on the beach or climb up the TOP for Panoramic View of  Halong Bay.

16h30: You will be back to the cruise for afternoon Vietnamese tea cake during cruising back toward Tuan Chau harbor

17h30 -18h00: Disembark, get on the bus back to Hanoi

21h00-21h30: Drop off at your hotel/stay, trip ends.

• High-end = Best of the best hotels from US$ 250++ per room/ per night


3. Child policy: 

• Ages 0-2: free of charge for tour. Airfares depend on Airlines' policy at booking time
• Ages 2-5: 50% of adult price. Airfares depend on Airlines' policy at booking time
• Ages 6-10: 85% of adult price & airfare fully charges
• 11 years and older: 100% (charged as an adult)

Travel Visa

Most countries in South East Asia require you to obtain a visa. Please check carefully with your travel specialist regarding specific visa requirements for each country you plan to visit as the legislation does change frequently. Thailand offers a free visa on arrival to most nationalities. Other countries including Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar offer a “visa-on-arrival” service which requires you to pay a fee at the airport, or you may prefer to obtain this in advance through the relevant embassy or a visa agent. For visa-on-arrival in Vietnam, you must submit some paperwork before you arrive.

This is an option to get your visa for Vietnam instead of getting visa at the Vietnam consulate in your country.

     • Your passport expiration dates ( with at least 3 vacats pagess and valid for at least 6 months)

  • Step 2: Process your visa information into a visa application
    We will contact you for reviewing your visa information and then submit your application on your behalf to Vietnam Immigration department and follow other procedures pursuant to the regulations of Immigration department to get Visa approval letter granted by Immigration department.

We will send the visa approval letter via email to you after 7 working days.
After we obtain the visa approval letter from the Immigration department for you, we will forward you a scanned copy of it by email (Your visa information then have been recorded to the Visa system of the Vietnam Immigration department).


  • Step 3: Get your visa stamp on your arrival
    Just print the approval letter out, prepare 2 passport sized photos and an amount of USD for stamping fee ($25 for single entry visa; $50 for 1 month multiple entry visa ). Put all above mentioned things along with your passport in a package, then show them to Immigration officer at Vietnam arrival airports.

    Upon arrival at Vietnam’s airport, expect a simple form to fill in (or you can download here to fill beforehand), present the visa approval letter, passport, photos to the Immigration officer inside the counter and look for a place to hear your name be called to get the passport back and pay for the stamping fee. The actual process takes around 15 minutes without hassle or trouble.
