Booking your holiday with Asianway travel cannot be easier!

  3. Confirm & Deposit

    Once you are satisfied with the
    customized tour, please let us know
    and Asianway Travel will need a few
    working hours to place reservations for
    all of the tour services. As soon as
    the availability and reservations of the
    services are confirmed, we will request
    a deposit.

    Once your deposit is received by
    Asianway Travel, we will send you the
    Tour Voucher which confirms all the
    services of the tour and provides
    ground contact details and a guide
    for the final payment schedule.

And then you start counting down the day for your most fabulous trip!

Booking Amendment: Flexibility is our strongest point. You can amend your booking even after it is made. Just contact your sales person or contact us at booking@asianwaytravel.com with your booking code. Our reservations team is glad to amend your booking with your preferable alternatives. Please kindly note that you will be responsible for any change of the final price caused by your amendment requests.

II. payment guide

The Booking Terms and Conditions below govern the relationship between you and www.asianwaytravel.com.
Please read carefully and make sure you understand and accept our terms and conditions.

  • 1. Deposit and balance payments:

    A deposit which is equal to 30% of the total tour cost or 300 US Dollar per person joining tour is required at the time of booking, whichever greater(non-refundable). The full or final payment is required 20 days before departure for your tour to Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand or Myanmar. If final payments are not received ontime, Asianway Travel may cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee. Should the tour booked within 30 days to departure, full payment is required.

    Except as otherwise agreed by Asianway Travel JSC, Client’s payment shall be executed by wire transfer, credit card or cash. For credit card, a bank transactionfee will be applied ( normally 3.5% of the card holder). In cases where credit facilities have been agreed with the Client/ Agent, payment shall be executed by swift or telegraphic transfer to the appropriate Asianway Travel’s bank account. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to AsianwayTravel JSC must be paid by the Client/ Agent.

  • 2. Bank fee & currency

    Bank Surcharge: A processing charge of 3.5% will be added to the total amount due when using a Credit Card. Any charges levied by the sending institution related to other methods of payments must be paid by the Client/ Agent and may include the correspondent bank's fees as well.

    Currency: We accept US dollar as quoted for the tour, reference exchange rate for your currency, please refer to the EXCHANGE RATE CONVERTER https://www.xe.com/

  • 3.Payment Method

    For your security, Asianwaytravel accepts three payment methods as below:

    a. Bank Transfer:

    For large payments we recommend Bank Transfers as the most secure transactions with the lowest fees. All bank transfers should be made to our bank account,details as follows:

    Important notes for those who make the payment through bank transfer: Please include your booking code on the transfer sheet when you are making wiretransfer in the bank. After you have made the wire transfer in your bank, please make a copy of the transaction receipt or stub issued by the bank, write downyour booking code on the copy and send us by email. Once we have received your payment fax, we will start to secure your booking.

    Please note that it may take three working days for your payment to reach our account.

    b. Visa or Master Card secures online CREDIT CARD payment via OnePay:
    OnePay is a leading online payment and financial transaction processing company in Vietnam. Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and AmericanExpress are accepted, and you will be charged a 3.5% transaction fee on the total amount for this service.

    Asianway Travel securely connects with OnePay Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payment. All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. Your card information will not be stored at our system (Merchant).

    After you have received our Invoice Payment link, please check all information therein. If all the information is correct, please check the Terms and Conditions and click, I agree with Terms and Conditions, and click SEND. You will then be directed to OnePAY Payment Gateway to pay us online with Visa, MasterCard and American Express with following steps:
    Fill in your Card information: The URL (Uniform Resource Locator) will begin with https://onepay.vn
    To make the payment fill in the information requested, then click “PAY”.

    If you have input the correct card information but do not receive a transaction result from the payment gateway, or from us, please do not try to make another payment. Please contact us to get the transaction result or order confirmation in this circumstance.

    Please note: When either OnePay or Asianway Travel has reason to believe that the payment you made was fraudulent, we reserve the right to hold your bookings and request another method of payment.

    c. Cash payments:
    Cash payments can be made for the final payment directly to Asianway Travel via our company tour guide or sales staff. This is the best way to avoid any service fees charged by Western Union or Banks. Please contact us for details on when final payments in CASH are accepted on site.


  • 1. Cancellation :

    Any cancellations should be made in writing. Cancellation will be charged as follows:
    - 60 days before arrival: no cancellation charge only for ground land. This is not applied for any special occasion such as chrismas/newyear, lunar New year or special celebrations(we will advise accordingly).
    - 45-60 days before arrival: 30% of the price
    - 15-44 days before arrival: 50% of the price
    - Less than 15 days before arrival: 100 % of the price
    - No Show: 100% of the price

    No refund of unused services: there will be no refund for any unused air-ticket, ground transportation, accommodations, meals, and sightseeing tour, either partly or fully, provided that these unused services are available at that time to the tourists.

  • 2. Cancellation of Extra Services

    For additional hotel nights and other extra services booked in connection with tour programs, cancellations will be charged as follows:
    - More than 30 days prior to the service will be refunded in full
    - 15 - 30 days in advance: 50% of the price
    - Less than 15 days in advance: 100% of the price. (Unless we can negotiate otherwise with the hotel)

  • 3. Claims and Refunds of Unused Services

    No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.

    For claims to be considered, they must be received in writing within 15 days of the termination of the program and be accompanied by supporting documentation.

    Any adjustment considered will be based on the actual price of the services involved and not on a per diem basis. Asianway Travel will not accept any liability for any claims that are not received within 15 days of the termination of your travel program. All claims for days missed while traveling should be made in writing within 15 days of the termination of the program.

  • 4. Children policy

    Children under 10 years are generally granted a reduction of 25% of the land tour price (without airfair), provided that they are accompanied by at least two full-paying adults and stay in the same room. An extra bed is fully charged as an adult.

  • 5. Itineraries

    Accommodations (hotel or vessel) and pre-arranged sightseeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond Asianway Travel’s control. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned.

  • 6. Early Check-in/ Late check- out

    Early check-in/ Late check-out is not included in the tour prices. Most hotels apply check-out time at 12:00 and allow check-in after 14:00. Should you wish to have your room ready for immediate check-in upon arrival of late check out after 13:00, Asianway Travel can arrange this for an additional charge. Please ask for details and prices.

  • 7. Active Elements

    Clients should take into account all international travel risks and familiarize themselves with health requirements applicable to the areas they intend to visit. The client is solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited.

    On adventure itineraries some active elements are incorporated into the tour. To enjoy the tour as intended a minimum level of fitness is required to participate. The level required would be equivalent to what is obtained by routine daily exercise such as golf, jogging, energetic walking, tennis, etc. Activities during the tour could include (but are not limited to) trekking, hiking, off road walking, cycling, kayaking and navigating uneven terrain. Should you have any questions or need any clarification about a specific tour please ask for details at time of booking.

  • 8. photography

    During your program, Asianway travel has reserves the right to take photographs during the operation of any program or part thereof and to use them for promotional purposes. By booking a reservation with Asianway Travel, tour participants’ members agree to allow their images to be used in such photographs. Participants who prefer that their images not be used are asked to identify themselves to their Tour Leader/Tour Guide at the beginning of their program.

  • 9. travel documentation

    All clients must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentations are at the sole responsibility of the clients. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentations upon request. Asianway Travel accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.

  • 10. Luggage Allowance

    In accordance with regulations of the Vietnam Airlines and other regional airway carriers, the free baggage allowance within Vietnam is 40kg for the business class, 20kg for economy class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Regulations within Vietnam specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.

  • 11. Complaints and Claims

    Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service Asianway Travel has provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your trip.

    In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Asianway Travel will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.

    Asianway Travel will act as an intermediary between the clients and other services suppliers such as air, train, boat, and hotels in the event of any complain.

  • 12. communications

    You can contact Asianway Travel via the web form on www.asianwaytravel.com, email, or phone. If for any reason, you fail to receive any reply from Asianway Travel in regard of your tour status within 48 hours from the time you submitted the request for booking, modifying, or canceling a tour, please contact mobile phone at (84-4) 91 332 47 68 immediately to ensure that we are able to deal with your enquiry under the terms of our Terms and Conditions.

  • 13. confirmation

    All confirmations are generally confirmed by return e-mail within 2-4 working days. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.

  • 14. tour voucher

    Tour Voucher will be issued by Asianway Travel after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email to passenger.
